Service Description

Getting you to the next level. This training programming is designed to improve your overall game, with focus given to mental composure, form development breath, rhythm and overcoming any competitive anxieties.. There will be at least 5 sessions between March and May. There are a couple competitions we can enter into. We will be using standard world archery targets and learning about a variety of scoring methods and rules. It would be best to have your own equipment, bow and 6 arrows for this course, but not imperative.
